Monday - Max Effort Lower 4-6pm
Tuesday - Max Effort Upper 4-6pm
Friday - Dynamic Lower 4-6pm
Saturday - Dynamic Upper 9-11am

Joe Gilpin

Holds a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Ball State University. He is a
competitive powerlifter with best lifts of an 825lb squat, 525lb bench, and 730lb deadlift in the 308lb class. He has trained under Louis Simmons and Matt Wenning of Westside Barbell, and is a certified instructor in the conjugate method of training. He also assisted in the training of various varsity athletic teams while at Ball State University.

Jason Pegg

Played college football at the Division I level. He is currently a competitive powerlifter with best lifts of an 900lb squat, 585lb bench, and 630lb Deadlift in the 308lb class. He is currently a junior at Ball State University.
 

Mike Lawrence

Holds a Bachelor of Science Exercise Science from Ball State University. A competitive powerlifter, Mike has best lifts of a 600lb squat, 515 bench, and 585 deadlift in the 242lb class. He is currently studying for his Masters degree at Ball State University and trains under Louie Simmons and matt Wenning of Westside Barbell & Lexen Xtreme
